Tai Chi

Jack will be continuing with the Tai Chi classes in 2021.  His class covers a range of exercises taken from Qigong style, including Shibashi and the Lotus form. Some Tai Chi forms in the Chen and Yang style follow this.
Participants complete these easy exercises according to their ability.
The exercises have been compiled to maintain, whilst improving, our range of movement and balance as we age.
